A: NFor same day booking, you need to call us straight away. If you are booking us in advance a day or two of notice would suffice. There will be no charges nor are there any cancellation fees.
A: We will sure try our best, but the age of the stain may prove detrimental to its removal. The longer it stays the harder it is to extract, to avoid this remove stains straight away or give us a call as soon as possible.
